Why I Anthony Fejfar am a Conscientious Objector to Serving in the Military

I, Anthony J. Fejfar am a Conscientious Objector to serving in any Military. I am an Episcopalian Catholic, and following Episcopalian Canon Law, I can only fight in self defense, for myself primarily and those whom I am responsible for, such as my children. I may be able to volunteer to fight as a civilian in the American Militia, that is, The 7th Army, but, I have the protections of the natural rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, as stated in the American Declaration of Independence. Thus, I have the right to go home anytime I want to, and to refuse any assignment I want to, and I also have the individual right and duty to disobey an unreasonable or illegal order. Additionally, I am asserting the foregoing as a matter personal religious and philosophical belief. The foregoing meets the requirements of the United States Supreme Court since the belief espoused is universal in nature. See, generally, Gillette vs. United States, 401 U.S. 4237 (1971).

The following is my, Tony Fejfar's Testimony as both a Protestant and a Catholic as to my Primordial Scripture, which is my interprestation of the Prologue of the Gospel of John:

Moreover, Reason or Logos is defined as a Composite of Love, Logic, and Intuition, where, Love is defined as a Positive Feeling Flowing Outward, while Logic is defined as that which is Logical, and that which is Logical is defined as that which is not Illogical, and that which is Illogical is that which involves a Logical Contradiction, such as asserting that A and not A can exist at the same time and in the same place; additionally, Logic for the above purposes includes Concrete Logic, Analyitic Logic, Analogical Logic, and Probabalistic Logic; and, additionally, where Intuition is defined as a Cognitive Faculty which employs High Speed Preconscious and Unconscious Analogical Thought Processes, which, can derive Information Non-Locally at a Distance.
