Fejfar, was born in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, on July 6,1959, USA, and received his Bachelor's of Arts Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Creighton University in 1981, and received his Juris Doctor Degree, With Distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1985, and was a Member of the Nebraska Law Review (1983-1985), and was awarded Order of the Coif in 1985, and became a Member of the United States Supreme Court Bar in 2002.
